After whats become a disappointing season of off road racing I'm going to take a break from the dirt the mud and hopefully the crashes and the flat tires.
I will still be in the water, be it for a little longer than normal.................
A lot less bumps on the bike on many miles to make up for any bad patches.................
More of this, alot lot more..... 180km worth to be exact!
The studs will go from my feet and the mud from my legs, only the pain will remain............
Alittle like this really, give or take 42km.............
Thats right, its Ironman time............... Having left some unfinished busness 8years ago in Lanzorote, had to walk the last few miles at the UK
champs the same year and missed my sub9hr goal... its time to revisit the dark side of triathlon and finally put the demons to rest......... Challenge Barcelona Oct3rd
