A great swim and I exited the water 17th, just off the front of the second pack, in some very good company
a few little mistakes part way into the bike and I was soon left high and dry in the late teen's but very glad of a fresh bottle from Suze at the half way point...
hitting transition in around 20th? due to suffering a broken wheel from crashing on lap2, it wasn't all smiles, but was there still time to run back into the top15?
The final section, was a tough 10km of parkland and beach running, I ran strong and finished my first Xterra of 2010 in 15th position. Not quite the top 10 id hoped for but a solid start to the year....
