A visit to my local bike shop Lutterworth Cycle Centre resulted in a surprising bit of luck yesterday morning!I've been going to Lutterworth Cycle Centre for many years now, and have always represented them as part of their local team in mountainbike and time trial events. During the long winter months, I'm often found in there at some point warming up over a warm drink with local road racer and owner Russ Haines. During today's visit, Russ introduced me to the rep. of top sports nutrition brand SIS (Science-In-Sport), who kindly supplied Helen (fellow GB Quadrathlon competitor at the European Champs) and I with a full range of their energy gel and bar products to use during this weekends event.
