Its been a couple of months of shows-miles-staff trainin and party's. Now with races looming and the waistline expanding, its time to kick into gear and re discover what ive been missing.... First port of call will be a Welsh road trip at the end of the month where Im planning to hit 8 trail centres in 5days, plus hook with a climbing buddy and knock off a couple of routes that have been put on the back burner for far far to long........................
