I pleased to now announce that in 2010 I will be racing for top UK Multi sport team Votwo......The votwo race team comprises an elite sponsored squad, who are affiliated to British Triathlon, British Cycling, Cycling Time Trials and UK Athletics, covering all aspects of competition I'm involved in. Having been told:
You won't find any flat caps or blazers here, the votwo race team is an exciting and dynamic group making an impact on the British race scene.And having met up with the team director on Tuesday and seen first hand what the team is about and how they roll, I'm very happy about racing for them for the remaining part of this year and for the foreseeable future. Winter training officially began on Monday, with an early morning 3.5k swim session followed by a 65min trail run and some gym work later in the day.
It feels great to be back into full time training again even if its a little harder than I remember.
With the arrival of winter training comes:
Muddy bikes...
and damp dark mornings
and the odd bit of trail fun between the rain
